Café Boulud in Blantyre started out as a pop-up for summer 2020, but after locals and visitors alike gathered to try the seasonal menu, Boulud decided to extend their stay until February 2021. La Last week, Blantyre announced that Chef Boulud had pledged to a long-term residence at the seaside resort town of Berkshire. Guests will enjoy the seasonal menu, developed by Boulud and Executive Chef Ethan Koelbel, which features innovative French classics highlighting the freshest local ingredients.
