Cheyenne Paranormal Group to speak at Dickens Horror Film Fest
It’s that time of year, we’re reducing September, which means we’re getting a lot closer to the scary season. Cheyenne’s paranormal group, PHOG (Paranormal Hunting And Observation Group) is set to give a talk at the upcoming Dickens Horror Film Festival in Longmont. This should be a great conference, the team at PHOG is incredibly knowledgeable about anything paranormal.
I got a glimpse of what Jose and Angel from PHOG will be talking about. Typically, Jose will give a talk on Mexican folklore, but this time the theme is Creatures of the Americas, dealing with shape-shifters and stuff. Jose will also participate in a panel discussion on why fear is used in entertainment.
If I ask you what their lecture will be like, here is a recent video of Jose at a Mexican folklore lecture. This will make the hair lift up on your arm. At least that made me.
If you are interested in the Dickens Horror Film Festival taking place in Longmont, the show will take place on Saturday October 16 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tickets cost $ 50 for the day, but right now you can get two for the price of one if you want to experience all the fun.
Overall the PHOG team are excellent at what they do, very knowledgeable and will be worth the trip to Longmont to attend their conference, or you can get a virtual ticket and check it online.
