Richardson graduated from the School of Banking
Dave Richardson of Equitable Bank on Grand Island is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
Richardson completed the SWGSB program through the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. The three-year program designed for the financial services industry focuses on analytical competence, leadership development and strategic vision.
He graduated with honors and his team placed first in both the Living Bank and Bank Managing Director case study competitions.
Richardson is the president of the Grand Island Community Bank and the company’s director of loans. He has been with Equitable Bank since 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, as well as the Commercial Lending School of Banking, Ag Lending School of Banking and the Advanced School of Banking.
He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Stuhr Museum Foundation and a Board Member of Trinity Lutheran Church as well as of the Trinity Lutheran Church Foundation. He and his wife Rachel have three children and live in Phillips.
