BEATRICE — Beatrice Police are asking for the public’s help in resolving a series of vandalism incidents over the past month where one or more people fire a projectile from a slingshot or BB gun to damage the Windows.

Damage was caused to vehicle windows, residential and commercial windows at various locations in the community. It included at least four vehicles and a commercial showcase at the Twin River Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram dealership west of Beatrice.

The first damage report was on August 1st and the most recent, September 8e.

Six of the twelve police reports listed where damage took place were along Court Street. Others were reported on Bell, LaSalle, Market and Ella streets and Union Avenue.

Among the reports received, seven vehicles had damaged windows, four businesses and one residence.
